Today during his daily Coronavirus press release, Governor Pritzker announced that he is extending the date of required Remote Learning Days for all of Illinois’ PreK-12 schools minimally through April 30th.

Egg Check-In: Day 7 in the incubator and the eggs are moving right along. The chick has formed the head, ears, eyes, spinal column, nervous system (including the brain) and heart begin to develop.

SHS Student Council is bringing back Spring Fling - last held at SHS in the spring of 2016. All this dance requires is you grab a date or group and wear matching t-shirts!

SHS Anatomy & Physiology students visited the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard for a cadaver presentation. A&P classes have grown so much over the years, that we had to split the students into two field trips! The second visit takes place in early March.

On Feb. 26 the Sterling Student Council hosted a successful blood drive thru the American Red Cross. Students, staff and community members volunteered to donate resulting in 52 units of blood being donated!
