On Monday, CMS Students had the privilege of hearing Joseph Green speak! He enchanted them with his authentic storytelling and poems on how to take care of themselves. We all go through times of struggle but he reminded us that nothing is permanent, and we must work through those hard times. There was a discussion about brainstorming ways to keep our minds healthy. Students shared music, sports, nature, reading, and speaking to those we trust are positive influences to their mental health.
