Sterling Public Schools is pleased to announce that we will be offering an extensive summer school program this summer. This program will focus on the most critical skills in Literacy and Math to ensure students are fully prepared for the next grade level.
The summer school will be in-person only and will have very small class sizes of 12-15 students per teacher. Summer school will be Monday-Thursday from 8:30-12:30 from June 7 – July 1 and July 26 – August 5. There is no cost for summer school, transportation will be provided for those that would normally qualify for bussing, and lunch will also be provided to all students. Students will attend their home school and will attend the grade level in which they are currently enrolled in.
You can register for the program by completing the online form in Skyward Family Access. You will be notified by the building Principal if your student is accepted into the program. Since seats are limited, we will prioritize students based on at risk factors. We will have 60 seats per grade available, please register soon so we can plan accordingly.
Summer school registrations for CMS and SHS will be available at a later date.
