Sterling Public Schools

We want to welcome Jenny Geer, our new Franklin Special Education Teacher to Sterling Public Schools! Jenny said, "I was born and raised in Sterling. After graduating from Sterling High School I attended Illinois State University and obtained my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Post college I moved back to Sterling and taught many years as a Pre-K Teacher for Head Start. I furthered my education and obtained my Special Education endorsement. For the past four years I taught K-2nd Special Education at Northside School with the Morrison School District. I live with my husband, two kids, and three dogs. I am very excited to teach for SPS and cannot wait to work with the Franklin Elementary staff and kids!"
